The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 23, 2020 from 12pm until 2pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory. A graveside service will be held at 2:20pm at Midway Presbyterian Church Cemetery.

Reverend Jean Jacob Paul, age 61, of Powder Springs, Georgia passed away August 4, 2020. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at Midway Presbyterian Church in Powder Springs.

Rev. Jean was a native of Port-au-Prince, Haiti and has lived in La Tremblay, Haiti since 2002 as a Missionary working with Souls Winning Ministries. Souls Winning Ministries is a part of Reformation Hope, the foundation that supported the orphanage, clinic primary school, Bible college and church in Marin, La Plaine, Haiti that he founded and worked until his passing. He had church plants in all 10 departments of Haiti. He was a loving husband and father.

Survivors include: wife of 25 years: Jocelyne Paul; two sons: Vladimir Bernard and Benz Ahzer Paul; three daughters: Scarlie Suandie Paul, Nathalie Bilina Paul and Ruth Amanda Paul; two brothers: Jean Francius Paul and Jean Wilfred Paul; three sisters: Marie Leonore Paul, Marie Jacqueline Paul and Misline Paul; two grandsons: Sebastian Matthew Louis and Sayeed Bernard; four granddaughters: Samya Rhajane Bernard, Khamani Rue Jackson, Maliah Rue Jackson and Saydee Bernard. nephew: Herve Toussaint; and two nieces: Mitchell Desrosier and Nanotle Sidney.
