Jean Margaret Casper, age 81, of Marietta, GA passed away on Monday, October 27, 2014. Funeral Services will be held at 10am on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Pastor Rodney Colston officiating. Entombment will follow at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park.
A native of Marietta, Mrs. Casper retired from Globe Ticket as a proof reader after 30 years of employment. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church, and was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Harold Casper, in 2012.
Survivors: 3 Children, Glenda Poll, Wendy Podunavac and George Wood; 3 Step Children, Delores Guffie, Teresa Daniel and Kathy Casper; 5 Siblings, Edward "Buddy" Carney, Bobby Carney, Gilda Sosebee, Brenda Elrod and Ronnie Carney; 9 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren, and many Nieces and Nephews.
