Janice Garrett Bowman, 70, passed away Saturday, July 9, 2016 at Tranquility at Kennesaw Mountain in Marietta, GA.
Janice was a native of Daytona, FL but spent most of her life in the Marietta, GA area. Janice attended the University of Tennesse and East Tennesse State College where she received her Masters of Education Degree. She was an English Teacher at South Cobb High School for 30 years, and spent a 1 ½ at Harrison High School before retiring, also a member of the Marietta Garden Club.
Janice is survived by a friend and his daughter: Jimmy Robertson and Jennifer Gross; aunts and uncles: Jim and Fran Hall of Knoxville, TN, Obia and Betty Carrier of Bristol, TN and some cousins.
