Jane L. Leslie, 78, of Marietta, GA, peacefully entered into her eternal life on Saturday, October 8, 2011, with her family by her side. Private family services will be held. Jane was born January 25, 1933, in Lafayette, Indiana to Leon and Bernice Clay. She graduated Jefferson High School in 1951 and soon began her travels across the country and Europe as an Air Force Wife. Jane finally settled in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida, where she was a resident for 30 years. While in Florida, she worked for well-known businesses such as The Rib Room, Pandora’s, Sporty Lady and Smith’s Town Shop. Jane also volunteered for the American Red Cross and spent time as a substitute teacher. Jane spent the final years of her life enjoying the love and company of her family in Marietta, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, and daughter, Susan Jane Leslie. Survivors include her daughters, Holly Leslie and Elizabeth Leslie Poulsen; son, Steven Leslie and wife, Rhonda and granddaughters, Sarah and Laura Poulsen, whom she loved dearly. Jane leaves behind many dear friends and extended family and a legacy of being a determined, fashionable and feisty woman who loved life and her family beyond measure. Please visit
