James William Southerland, age 65, of Marietta, Georgia passed away Tuesday, September 21, 2021. Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 pm on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. Clarence Howard officiating.
A native of Blairsville, Mr. Southerland moved to Marietta 34 years ago. He worked for Pike Electric for over 10 years, and was a member of Milford Baptist Church. He also enjoyed watching NASCAR and WWE Wrestling, and loved fishing, woodworking and whittling.
Survivors include: Wife of 34 years, Jackie Chapman Southerland; 2 Daughters, Sandra (David) Moss, Marietta, GA and Amy Williams, Atlanta, GA; 2 Grandchildren, Kaylan (Ceighln) Cooley, Cartersville, GA and Garrett Moss, Marietta, GA; Niece, Joanna (Brian) Martin, Dahlonega, GA.
