James E. Nash

James E. Nash, age 76, of Powder Springs, Georgia passed away December 3, 2022. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel in Marietta, Georgia. Interment will follow at Mozley Memorial Gardens in Lithia Springs, Georgia. He was preceded in death by parents Joe Nash and Clara Nation and granddaughter, Heather Nash.

James was a native of Leeds, Alabama and a lifelong resident of Cobb County, Georgia. He loved to work on cars, loved the great outdoors, camping, fishing and hunting. He worked for Colonial Bread for many years and retired from Stock Building Supply. James especially loved spending time with his loving family.

Survivors include: wife of 57 years, Patsy Nash of Powder Springs, GA; son: Joe (Christie) Nash of Powder Springs, GA; daughter: Karen (Dennis) Sasser of Dallas; five grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; sister: Donna (James) Stewart of Peachtree City, GA; brother: Billy (Betty) Nash of Cullman, AL and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, Georgia.
