James Gregory Goldbach

James Gregory Goldbach, Sr., 64, of Kennesaw, GA, passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2011. Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Sunday, July 10, 2011, in the Chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, GA, with Chaplain Fred Skinner officiating. Entombment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta, GA, with military honors. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, Mr. Goldbach moved to Georgia 15 years ago from Davie, FL. He was a retired UPS Store franchise owner and was previously a Sergeant with the Georgia State Defense Force. Mr. Goldbach was a Veteran of the United States Navy. Survivors include his wife, Janice Goldbach; children, Jennifer Mae Goldbach of Kennesaw, GA and James Gregory “Jay” Goldbach, Jr. of Plymouth, MA; siblings, Ralph “Rafe” Goldbach of Part Clinton, OH, Michael Goldbach, Paulette Nowakowski and Debbie Radcliffe all of Pittsburgh, PA and grandchildren, Jamie Goldbach of Plymouth, MA, Mia Lee Goldbach of Kennesaw, GA and Emery James Goldbach of Kennesaw. Contributions can be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 5pm-8pm and Saturday from 3pm-5pm and 7pm-9pm.
