James Brown Davis, age 74, of Hiram, Georgia passed away December 16, 2021. Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel in Marietta, GA.
Mr. Davis was a native of Atlanta, GA, and was the son of the late Mary Ann Cowan Peyton and the late James Brown Davis, Jr. He had lived in Troup County for most of his life before moving Hiram, GA in October of 2021. He was an architectural draftsman, and he was an over-the-road truck driver. He loved to collect Coca-Cola products for many years.
Survivors include: daughter: Erin (Addie) Pethel of Hiram, GA; grandchildren, Anthony, Spencer and Alexandria "Aly" Pethel, all of Hiram, GA; siblings, Lenna (Harry Moore) of Fairburn, GA, Kathleen Guion of Ashland, OH, and Susan (Bill Watts) of Douglasville, GA; five nieces and nephews; seven great-nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 19, 2021 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, GA.
