James Allen "Buddy" Castles
September 8, 1944 — January 13, 2014
James Allen Castles, known as “Buddy” to his family and friends, age 69, of Powder Springs, passed away on Monday, January 13, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Thursday, January 16, 2014, at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory, 2480 Macland Road, Marietta. Interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park.
Mr. Castles was the owner of B&C Construction Company. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Survivors include his wife, Wanda Castles; daughter, Tamara Sanders and husband, Brad; step-daughter, Christy Holter and husband, Glenn; granddaughter, Madeline; brother, Jack Castles and wife, Ann; sisters, Lillian Boughner, Bobbie Spears and Jimmie Lee Aycock; 13 nieces and nephews; 16 great nieces and nephews; 25 great great nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 and Wednesday, January 15, 2014, from 5pm-8pm both days.
Memorial donations can be made to Town & Country Veterinary Clinic Homeless Pets Foundation, P.O. Box 6413, Marietta, GA 30065.
