Jacqueline L. Plemmons

Jacqueline L. "Jackie" Plemmons, age 93, of Smyrna, Georgia passed away Friday, September 13, 2019. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. Keith Collins, Rev. Chris Ware and Ceylon Plemmons officiating. Interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta, Georgia with Freed Ware officiating.

Mrs. Plemmons was a native of Gilmer County and moved to Cobb County in 1952. She was a former member of Word of Life Baptist Church and Currently attending Floyd Road Baptist Church. She was a homemaker who loved to spend time with her loving family.

Mrs. Plemmons was preceded in death by her husband John C. Plemmons and brother Clifford Miller.

Survivors include: six children: Ceylon (Kathryn) Plemmons of Kennesaw, GA, Carolyn Mitchell of Dallas, GA, George (Debbie) Plemmons of Villa Rica, GA, Betty (Freed) Ware of Canton, GA, John M. (Thelma) Plemmons of Marietta, GA and Annette (Danny) Shelton of Austell, GA; sixteen grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Monday, September 16, 2019 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
