Jack Edward Mitchell

Jack Edward Mitchell, age 90, of Marietta, Georgia passed away Friday, November 1, 2019. Memorial Services will be held at a later date.

A native of North Carolina, Mr. Mitchell moved to Marietta 51 years ago. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. He retired from the Mac Paper Company as a Sales Representative after 31 years of employment, and was an Evangelical Christian.

Survivors include: Wife, Barbara Jean Oakley Mitchell; 3 Sons, Jack E. Mitchell and fiance' Sara L. Fincher, Marietta, GA, Mark W. Mitchell and wife Kathryn, Powder Springs, GA and Brian P. Mitchell and wife Marie, Dallas, GA'Sister, Sandra McPherson, Asheville, NC; 2 Brothers, Ronald Mitchell, Baltimore, MD and Alan Mitchell, Texas; 4 Grandsons, Joshua (Mandi) Mitchell, Daniel (Rachel) Mitchell, Michael Mitchell and Nicholas Mitchell; 4 Great Grandchildren, Annalise Mitchell, Levi Mitchell, Benjie Mitchell and Abigail Mitchell, and another great granddaughter to be born in January of 2020.
