Howard Tallent

Howard Tallent, age 90, of Marietta, Georgia passed away April 25, 2021. Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, April 30, 2021 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel in Marietta, GA.

Howard a native of Franklin, NC has lived in Marietta, GA since 1974. He retired from the United States Air Force after 20 years of service. He loved gardening, traveling, yard sales, flea markets, his weekly coffee with friends, his dogs, family poker nights and especially spending time with his wife of 68 years Ruby. He was a member of Iotla Baptist Church in Franklin, NC.

Survivors include: wife of 68 years: Ruby Tallent of Marietta, GA; daughters: Teresa Tallent of Marietta, GA and Debbie Marchman of Villa Rica, GA, Nephews are Ray Tallent of Charlotte NC, Dewey Tallent Franklin NC, 3 grand daughters, 6 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Friday, April 30, 2021 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, GA.
