Helen Pauline Smallwood, age 92, of Marietta, Georgia passed away Thursday, December 1, 2022. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta. Interment will follow at Riverview Cemetery in Smyrna, Georgia.
Born in Jacksonville, AL, Mrs. Smallwood lived in Marietta for most of her life. She worked as a Seamstress for many local businesses, and enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Franklin Smallwood, in 2015, and a great granddaughter, Katie Hunter.
Survivors include: 2 Daughters, Deborah (Henry) Kazmierskr, Atlanta, GA, and Gwen (Greg) Gordon, Villa Rica, GA; 2 Sisters, Frances Miller, Canton, GA, and Arnetha Harrison, Marietta, GA; 3 Grandchildren, Tom Kazmierski, Julie Story, and Wendy McKinney; 7 Great Grandchildren, Kailey Kazmierski, Blake Kazmierski, Nikki Graham, Lee Lyner, Michael McKinney, Helen Marie Crump, and Alexis Marnell; 3 Great Great Grandchildren, Kyrie Plumley, Isaac Graham, and Liam Crump.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 3, 2022 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, Georgia.
