Harold “Hal” H. Howard, 85, of Kennesaw went to be with Jesus on Wednesday, March 26, 2014. Services will be held 11am Saturday in the Chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory with Pastor Greg Howard and Bruce Walker officiating. Interment will be held 11am Monday, at the Georgia National Cemetery with military honors. Hal was a veteran of the United States Army and was retired from AT&T as a National Sales Director. Hal had a strong Christian faith and was a talented baritone Christian music soloist, singing on a weekly radio program and in various churches. He enjoyed spending time with his family, reading his Bible, golfing and loved watching movies. Hal was preceded in death by Jeanne Howard, his loving wife of 44 years and will be dearly missed by his family. Mr. Howard is survived by his children, Debbie and Bruce Walker of Powder Springs, Lori Howard of Overland Park, KS and Greg and Ashleigh Howard of Hollywood, FL; two sisters; one brother and two grandchildren, Lauren and Andrew Walker.
