Harold Clyde Goudelock, age 81, of Atlanta, Georgia, passed away on August 24, 2022. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, September 30, 2022 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel in Marietta, GA.
Harold grew up in Gainesville, Georgia. After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the United States Navy, serving from 1963 to 1967. Upon returning to civilian life, he began to work as a draftsman for Lockheed Martin, where he worked until retirement. He received his associate degree as a draftsman and held his Master of Cosmetology License with the state of Georgia.
Harold enjoyed traveling, photography, watching race car driving and baseball, and playing chess. Harold shared a unique wit and intellect that would cause any individual to enjoy his company. Upon retiring from Lockheed Martin, he pursued his desires as an entrepreneur to open a health food store and later a bicycle shop, as he was a firm believer in health and wellness.
His many friends and family will miss Harold, but his memories will forever be cherished. Survivors include daughter: Joi Edwards of Austell, GA; son: Brandon Goudelock of Lawrenceville, GA; daughter in law, Catrina Goudelock; Grandsons, Kobe and Chase Goudelock; Granddaughter, Whitney Goudelock; brother, James Goudelock 85, who lives in Gainesville, Ga, and a host of host cousins, nieces, and nephews.
