Hannah Maxwell Vines

Hannah Maxwell Vines, age 87, of Marietta, passed away on Monday, June 10, 2013. Services will be held at 1pm on Thursday, June 13, 2013, in the Chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory, 2480 Macland Road, Marietta with Rev. Mike Stephens officiating. Interment will follow at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton.
Born in Bowman, GA, Mrs. Vines moved to Marietta 12 years ago from Birmingham. She was a retired sales associate with Loveman’s and a member of Burnt Hickory Baptist Church.
Survivors include her sons, Denny Maxwell (Brenda) Vines of Acworth, GA and Willie Thomas (Vickie) Vines, Jr. of Birmingham, AL; siblings, Hoyt Chandler Maxwell of Dewy Rose, GA, Willard Maxwell of Atlanta, Louis Maxwell of Dewy Rose, Stuart Maxwell of Atlanta, Winona Maxwell Ginn of Bowman; grandchildren, Robyn Vines (Jeff) Grinstead, Hannah Vines (Peter) Masic, Missy Vines and Bonnie Vines; great-grandchildren, Grace Elizabeth Grinstead, Tanner Jeffrey Grinstead and MacKenzie Maxwell Masic and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Tense Justice, Rachel Jones, Benjamin Maxwell, Henry Maxwell, Gene Maxwell and Pat Maxwell.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 11am until the service.
