Grady Shuler, age 92, of Powder Springs, Georgia passed away November 4, 2019. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel in Marietta, GA. Interment will follow at Powder Springs Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Powder Springs, GA.
Mr. Shuler a native of Atlanta, GA has spent all his life in Cobb County. He was a former member of Sweetwater Baptist and a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Powder Springs, GA for over 60 years. He retired as a Supervisor from Cutler Hammer Inc which is now Eaton Corp. in Doraville, GA.
Survivors include: wife of 71 years: Virginia Shuler of Powder Springs, GA; son: Aubrey Shuler (Julie Beals) of Spring Hill, TN; daughter: Linda (Ken) Withrow of Marietta, GA; sister: Nell Thackston of Villa Rica, GA; four grandchildren: Eric (Julie) Shuler of Springfield, IL, Melissa Grigdesby of Powder Springs, GA, Kyle Withrow (Susannah Caviness) of Atlanta, GA and Tia Withrow (Kyle Johnson) of Minneapolis, MN; six great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 7, 2019 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, GA.
