Grady Franklin Rice

Grady Franklin Rice, age 84, of Powder Springs, GA passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2017. Funeral Services will be held at 2pm on Sunday, November 19th at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Pastor Clarence Howard officiating. Burial will follow at Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery.
A native of Atlanta, Mr. Rice moved to Cobb County in 1965. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, having served during the Korean War. He drove a race car for 20 years, and worked as a Machinist for most of his life, including employment at Complete Auto Machine Shop, Keller Machine Works, and Kendrick Tool. He was a member of Milford Baptist Church, and the Creepers Car Club.
