Geraldine Chandler "Candy" Bice

Geraldine Chandler Bice (affectionately known by her family as "Candy"), age 82, of Powder Springs, Georgia passed away Friday, June 21, 2019. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. Johnny Foster officiating. Interment will follow at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia at 1:30pm.

Born in Chilton County, Alabama, Mrs. Bice lived in Powder Springs for the past 50 years. She retired from ATandT after 35 years of employment, and was a longtime member of Macland Baptist Church.Survivors: Husband of 61 years, Chester Lamar Bice; 2 Children, Brenda Bice (John) Gwin, Chattanooga, TN and Gregory Allen (Kyle) Bice, Kennesaw, GA; 2 Siblings, Shelby Chandler (Radford) Talley, Villa Rica, GA and Linda Chandler (Jimmy) Rush, Montgomery, AL; 3 Grandchildren, LTJG John Gwin, III, San Diego, CA, Mary Chandler Gwin, Chapel Hill, NC and Shelby Leigh Bice, Washington, DC.
