Georgia Reed

Georgia Reed, age 90, of Rock Hill, South Carolina passed away December 23, 2020. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, December 28, 2020 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. Mike Wood officiating. Interment will follow at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park in Marietta, Georgia.. She was preceded in death by her husband Wilbur L. Reed in 1998.

Mrs. Reed was a native of Alabama living in Rock Hill, SC the past nine years moving from Marietta, GA. She was the baby of sixteen children. She was a charter member Kirkwood Presbyterian Church in Kennesaw, GA. She loved to sing in the choir at every church she attended, she loved having fun no matter where she was and especially spending time with her loving family.

Survivors include: daughter: Donna (Tommy) Morrell of Rock Hill, SC; son: Danny Reed of Austell, GA; five grandchildren: Michael (Kelli) Morrell, Josh (Amanda) Reed, Ashleigh (Chris) Twedt, Clint Reed and Dillon (Andrea) Reed; and nine great-grandchilren.

The family will receive friends on Monday, December 28, 2020 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta.
