Gary K. Wiley

Gary K. Wiley, age 65, of Villa Rica, Georgia passed away February 25, 2018. Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel in Marietta with Pastor Jason Mitchem officiating. He was preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Ruth Wiley and his sister Patsy Haasis.

Gary was a native of Marietta, GA who has spent many years of his life traveling with the United States Army, which he retired after 20 years of service. He loved telling jokes, going to movies, watching the T.V. series Mash and all the old T.V. Shows. Gary was a GEMA Facilities Manager and also a H.E.R.O. Operator. Helping people in general was his passion, and he especially loved spending time with his loving wife and family.

Survivors include: wife of 47 years Shirley K. Wiley; two daughters: Samantha Wiley, Hope (Brian) Jewell; two grandsons: Christian Jewell, Tyler Jewell; great-granddaughter: Alaya Willis; two step granddaugthers: Sarah Geisler and Michelle Jewell; brother: Kenneth (Brenda) Wiley; nephews: Kris and Kevin Wiley.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 3, 2018 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta.
