Gail Lee Kincer was born on Nov 6, 1957 and peacefully passed away to Heaven on April 22, 2020. She was proceeded in death by her parents Ted F. Kincer and Gloria L. Kincer and one brother Walter R. Kennedy. She leaves behind our mother love Mary J. Kincer, 6 brothers and 3 sisters and many other family members and friends that loved her dearly. Gail worked at OHS Cafe for the last two years of her life after retiring from Kroger after 41 years. The family would like to thank everyone for their love and support of Gail.
