Frances E. Norman, age 68, of Dallas passed away October 29, 2015. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 3 from 12 pm until 1:30 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory, Marietta. A Graveside Service will be held at 2 pm on Tuesday at Kennesaw Memorial Park with Rev. Johnny Foster officiating.
