Survivors include: Parents, Jevertis Smith and Megan Linderman; Sister, Layla Smith-Linderman; Brother, Julian Smith; Maternal Grandparents, Thad and Mindy Linderman, Prosper, TX; Paternal Grandfather, Derwin Smith, Buford, GA; Paternal Grandmother, Wendy Gilmore, Woodstock, GA; Many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
Donations may be made in Finn's memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital @ www.stjude.org .
