Essie M. Sampler

Essie M. Sampler, age 92, of Powder Springs, GA passed away on Friday, October 5, 2012. A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, October 13, 2012, at Kingdom Hall, 215 County Road, Marietta, GA 30064.



Born in Atlanta, Mrs. Sampler lived in Chattanooga for most of her life before moving back to Cobb County 15 years ago. She worked at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga before retirement, and was a Jehovah’s Witness.



Survivors include:



Son: Ulysses Sampler and wife Irma, Powder Springs, GA



Brother: Clemond McCrary, Dearfield, Michigan



Sister: Fannie Roberts, Charlotte, NC



And a host of Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
