Dr. Elmer Jesse Foust

Dr. Elmer Foust, age 91, of Marietta died Sunday, February 24, 2013. A native of Lake City, TN, Dr. Foust was a retired minister. A complete list of all the churches he pastored will be posted as they become available to us by the family.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 pm Wednesday, February 27, 2013 in the Chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory, 2480 Macland Road, Marietta, GA 30064 with Dr. Randy Cheek and Rev. Alvis Richardson officiating. Mason Ceremony and interment will be held at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from noon until 2 pm on Wednesday.
Dr. Foust is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Elizabeth Foust.
Dr. Foust is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Denny Vines of Acworth; son and daughter-in-law, Douglas Reed and Margaret Ann Foust of Marietta; sister, Avonelle Heatherly of Strawberry Plains, TN; two grandchildren: Robin and Jeff Grinstead and Hannah and Pete Masic and three great-grandchildren: Grace and Tanner Grinstead and Mackenzie Masic.
Contributions may be made in Dr. Foust’s memory to Carson Newman College, 1646 Russell Ave, Jefferson City, TN 37760.
