Ellen Katherine Land, age 86, of Marietta, GA passed away on Saturday, June 9, 2012. Funeral Services will be held at 11am on Friday, June 15, 2012 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Dr. William Camp officiating. Interment will follow at Wright Cemetery in Norcross.
Born in Tennessee, Mrs. Land lived most of her life in the Atlanta-Metro area. She was an active member and sang in the choir at Roswell Street Baptist Church, and was a beloved food server at the Piccadilly Restaurant.
Survivors include:
Son: Charles Land, Marietta, GA
2 Grandchildren: Dennis Moreland and Kathye Reeves
Son-in-Law: Steve Moreland
Nieces and Nephews
