Ella Pauline Lee

Ella P. Lee, age 91, of Powder Springs, GA went to heaven to be with her Lord on Monday, March 23, 2015. Funeral Services will be held 2 pm on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at Olive Springs Baptist Church with Dr. Randy Cheek and Rev. Marion Beavers officiating. Interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta. She will lie in state at the church 1 hour prior to the service.



A lifelong resident of Cobb County, Mrs. Lee worked in lunchroom management for the Cobb County School System at Russell and Fair Oaks Elementary Schools. She also worked in the concession stand at the Strand Theater in Marietta for 7 years. Mrs. Lee was a dedicated lifelong member of Olive Springs Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School, belonged to the Merry Makers and Sweet Spirit Singers, and was named the Senior Woman of the Year. She was a member of the Fair Oaks Community Club, enjoyed cooking at the North Georgia State Fair, never met a stranger, never one to judge, and taught her children good values.

6 Grandchildren, 9 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great Grandchild
