Eileen Sherry Ensminger, 73, of Alpharetta, GA passed away Saturday, September 3, 2016. Eileen was born on February 25, 1943 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Ina Frazier and Leopold (Lee) Nahin. Eileen was a native of Chicago, Illinois and spent most of her adult life in the Atlanta area. Eileen was a 36 year cancer survivor who derived great joy from her family and friends. She was always extremely positive and grateful. In addition to being a dedicated wife and mother, she was a retired real estate agent and she loved ballroom dancing, playing bridge and spending time with family and friends. Eileen is survived by her husband of 30 years, Ron Ensminger; her son Bradley Graner and his wife Erin Graner; her daughter Kari Marsh and her husband Dan Marsh; and her four beloved grandchildren, Abbie Barnes, Ashleigh Barnes, Olivia Graner and John Graner. She is also survived by Ron’s children, Sally Atz (and husband Chris Atz), Dwight Ensminger (and wife Sally Ensminger), Charles Ensminger (and wife Debbie Ensminger) and their families.
A private family burial will be held at Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta, Georgia on Monday, September 12. A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Roswell United Methodist Church in Roswell, Georgia with Dr. Malone Dodson officiating.
