A native of Westmoreland, Jamaica, Mr. Romans moved to Cleveland, Ohio in 1968. Although he loved his native land, he became a business owner and opened a barbershop in Cleveland. He said the barbershop was where men would come to get advice, counseling, and even financial guidance! He loved being a barber. He later left Cleveland and moved to Orlando, Florida. Orlando's weather was closer to the warmth of Jamaica, and he decided to leave the winters of Cleveland behind. He resided in Florida until his passing. Mr. Romans loved his family and he loved God. He had a heart to give to others, and did the best he could to be a good husband, father, and brother. He often spoke of going home, and on September 26th, he made his final journey home.
