Dorothy Joann Smith

Dorothy Joann Smith, age 81, of Acworth, GA passed away on Saturday, August 30, 2014. Funeral Services will be held at 2pm on Monday, September 1, 2014 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Pastor Austin Porter officiating. Interment will follow Tuesday at 11am at Mt. Harmony Memorial Gardens in Mableton.

Born in Atlanta, Mrs. Smith lived in Cobb County for most of her life. She was a supervisor for K Mart, and also worked in food service at Floyd Middle School. She was a member of Mableton First Christian Church.



Survivors:



3 Children: Steve (Kathy) Smith, Douglasville, GA, Tony (Pat) Smith, Mableton, GA, and Terri (Dwayne) Brooks, Acworth, GA.



6 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren
