Donald Jack Denmon

Donald Jack Denmon, age 86, of Marietta, Georgia passed away Sunday, December 22, 2024. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. Barry Moon officiating. Interment will follow at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park in Marietta.

Born in Clarkdale, GA, Mr. Denmon moved to Cobb County in 1963 from Fulton County. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He worked as a machinist, and owned and operated Denmon Tool, Inc. from 1977 until 2003. Mr. Denmon was a member of the Marietta/Smyrna Coin Club, and loved putting together jigsaw puzzles and woodworking. He was also a member of Macland Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Carol Denmon, his parents, 2 brothers and a sister.

Survivors include: 4 Children, Michael Alan (Laurel) Denmon, Blairsville, GA, Donna Lynn (Barry) Moon, Pamplico, SC, Karen Denise (Brent) McClure, Marietta, GA, James Keith (Cheri) Denmon, Canton, GA; 10 Grandchildren, Crystal (David) Rowe, April Southern, Brittany (Matthew) Smith, Kara (Andrew) Bates, Michelle (Jason) Whitlock, Mallori (Zach) Hester, Morgan (Leslie) McClure, Trevor (Lindsey) Denmon, Sydney Denmon, and Cameron Denmon; 17 Great Grandchildren and one on the way.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 28, 2024 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, Georgia.
