Deborah Marie (Camp) Parmer, age 66, of Cedartown, Georgia (formerly of Dallas, GA) passed away Monday, November 2, 2020. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Pastor John Schubert officiating. Interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta.
Born in Anaconda, Montana, Ms. Parmer lived in Smyrna, GA for a number of years before moving to Dallas, GA in 1984. She was a graduate of the Campbell High School of 1971. She was the daughter of Betty Sue (Sinnamon) Greene and Frederick Greene. Ms. Parmer retired from Kroger in 2015 after more than 40 years in the food retail industry. She was a devoted wife, mother, grammy, daughter, sister, and friend and loved to help others. One of her greatest joys in life was spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, her spouse of almost 25 years Charles Camp, and niece Candace Childs Redd.
Survivors include children, Lorena (Tommy) Elsey of Marietta, Ga., Jason (Sarah) Camp of Cumming, Ga., Julie (Zachary) Jones of Kennesaw, Ga., and Jessica (Johnny) Holder of LaFayette, Ga.; siblings, Shelia Chappuis of Cartersville, Ga., Pamela (Roger) Blakeney of Cedartown, Ga., Linda Evans of Rome, Ga., Brian (Denise) Greene of Elijay, Ga., Kevin Greene of Cedartown, Ga., and Teresa (Mark) Ryan of Cartersville, Ga.; grandchildren Christopher and Matthew Elsey; Jackson, Charlie, and Myles Camp; Nickolas and Jasen Holder; and Henry Jones; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
