David Hardison Parman, age 78, of Powder Springs, Georgia passed away Wednesday, September 12, 2018. Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. Ann Mann officiating. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service, and a reception will be held immediately following the ceremony at the funeral home.
Born in Nashville, TN, Mr. Parman recently moved to Powder Springs after living in Dallas, GA for 25 years. He graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor's Degree, and was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp, having served from 1958 until 1962. He retired from Watkin's Industries after 22 years of employment, and was a member of Due West United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his siblings, William Neil Parman, Jr., Gerald Benton Parman and Billie Jean Parman.
