David Franklin Brumbelow

David Franklin Brumbelow, age 73, of Powder Springs, Georgia passed away September 9, 2023. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, Georgia with Gene Hice officiating. Interment will follow at Powder Springs Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Powder Springs, Georgia. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Herman Brumbelow and Berma Beatrice Brumbelow and his brother, Thomas Brumbelow.

David was a native and lifelong resident of Powder Springs, GA. He was a 1970 graduate of McEachern High School. He was a member of Macland Baptist Church where he was in the Adult Five Sunday School Class. He retired from Atlanta Gas Light Company. Loved to travel to the mountains with family and friends.

Survivors include: daughter: Tina (Buster) Carter of Collins, MS; four grandchildren: Shane (Cabrina) Carter of Collins, MS, Cody (Jessie) Carter of Collins, MS, Kellie Carter and Levi Allday of Collins, MS and Dave (Katelynn) Carter of Seminary, MS; one great-grandchild: L. J. Allday; two sisters: Arlene Gaddis of Powder Springs, GA and Myrlis Brumbelow Fix of Powder Springs, GA; sister-in-law: Linda Dunnuck of Marietta, GA; nephew: Tommy (Angie) Westbrook, niece: Melinda (Lloyd) Paris, nephew: Tony Brumbelow and Todd (Katy) Brumbelow, and several great nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, Georgia.
