Danny Allen Hicks, age 67 of Dallas passed away October 14, 2014. Graveside Services will be held on Thursday, October 16 at 1 pm at Sunrise Memorial Gardens, Douglasville. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 15 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory, Marietta from 5 until 8 pm.
Mr. Hicks was born in Atlanta and lived in Georgia his entire life. He loved to play golf and was a fun-loving Paw paw to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is survived by his daughters: Showna and Matt Wright of Douglasville, Christie and Steve Sorrells of Dallas and Wendy Hicks of Dallas; 6 grandchildren: Kasey, Brittany, Austin, Evelyn, Taylor and Ethan and 2 great-grandchildren: Hayden and K.J.
