Clyde Thomas King, lovingly known as Fuzzy, was born on August 7, 1942, to proud parents Francis Gertrude Bennett and Henry Carter King in Atlanta, Georgia. Fuzzy grew up in the Atlanta area, and after graduating O'Keefe High School, he attended Georgia State University where he received a Bachelors of Accounting. He used this degree to pursue a career with the state of Georgia and work with them as a State Auditor.
If you wanted to call on Clyde, you had to make sure his favorite teams weren't playing. You'd find him in his favorite recliner cheering on the Atlanta Braves and Georgia Tech.
Clyde was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Ellis King; his parents, Carter and Francis King; brother, Donald King, and sister, Margaret King Grogan.
He is survived by his sister, Mary Dowda; 3 nieces, and great friend D.C. Webster.
