Clara Nell McCroy

Clara Nell McCroy, age 85, of Marietta, Georgia passed away September 18, 2022. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, GA. Interment will follow at Powder Springs Cemetery in Powder Springs, Georgia.

Today is a sad day for our family. We have lost a wonderful, giving person. She was always there to help out anyone that needed her. She loved children and would have had a school yard full if she had been able to bare that many children. She was always thoughtful to her neighbors and her church. She was constantly going every week to purchase what she could from the food bank and passing the food to her needy neighbors where she lived. They in turn sent her food when she was unable to go and get food. She provided rides to the doctor, she would take the kids to school when they missed the bus and to the stores when she could drive. The neighbors told us how much she would be missed and what a wonderful person she was to them.

You will be missed mom. We love you.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 24, 2022 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, GA.
