Christine Sword Jones of Powder Springs was born November 11, 1939. She passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 29, 2023 after suffering from dementia. Ms. Chris is survived by her daughter, Angela Bowling and husband Ray of Powder Springs, brother, Gene Sword and wife Scherry of Bethlehem, brother, Pete Sword and wife Jean of McDonough, sister, Linda Yancy of Atlanta, granddaughter, Danielle and husband Brett Cain from Snellville, and grandson, Hunter and wife Jessica Bowling of Sharpsburg.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta. She will be laid to rest at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Powder Springs, Georgia.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, Georgia.
