Charles Edward Ridge

Charles Edward Ridge, age 60, of Powder Springs, GA passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2011. Funeral Services will be held 11am on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Dr. Lee Mabry officiating. Interment will follow at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA with full military honors.
Born in Nashville, TN, Mr. Ridge lived most of his life in Cobb County. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp, having retired after 21 years of service. Afterwards, he worked at Circuit City as a Service Manager for 16 years before retirement. He was a member of GracePointe Church in Dallas, GA. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mai Dean Ridge, and his granddaughter, Olivia Ridge.

Dorothy Kent, Acworth, GA
8 Grandchildren: Alyssa, Nicholas, Chace, Jonathan, J.T., Timothy, Hannah and Joshua
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gracepointe Church @ www.mygracepointechurch.com . The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5pm until 8pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta.
