Charles Larry Cook

Charles Larry Cook, age 73, of Kennesaw, Georgia passed away Monday, February 3, 2020. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. Jerry Potts officiating.

A lifelong resident of Cobb County, Mr. Cook was a veteran of the United States Army, having served during the Vietnam War.He retired from the Marietta City School System as a school bus mechanic after over 30 years of employment. He loved being with his family and being outdoors, and enjoyed hunting and camping. He was preceded in death by his wife, Teresa L. Cook, and a grandson, Cameron Cook.

Survivors include: 3 Children, Missy (Craig) Rogers, Kennesaw, GA, Shane (Stacey) Cook, Rockmart, GA and Shan (Lisa) Cook, Dallas, GA; Sister, Dorothy Speer, Marietta, GA; 5 Grandchildren, Steven (Kelly) Rogers, Justin (Courtney) Cook, Caitlyn (Austin) Butler, Chandler Cook and Casey Cook; 4 Great Grandchildren, Alayna Butler, Hartley Butler, Carly Smith and Kenzie Smith, and many Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
