He leaves behind cherished memories and an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Survived by his loving mother, Rita Ferenc, and his father, Milan Ferenc, Chad was a source of comfort and love for his family. He was a devoted brother to his sister, Melanie Mote (Ferenc), and his brothers, Wayne Saunders, and Mark Saunders. Chad was the godson of Tony and Lila Patak, an uncle to one niece and four nephews, a granduncle to many grandnieces and grandnephews, and a beloved brother-in-law. He is preceded in death by the light and love of his life, Amanda Dodge.
Chad's passion for auto mechanics was undeniable, and he dedicated much of his time honing his skills and working on cars. His talent and expertise led him to work at various auto mechanic shops over the years. Ever generous, he found immense satisfaction in helping others repair and maintain their vehicles. He also had a talent for building and repairing computers as well as other types of machinery. Always eager to learn new skills, Chad recently delved into the art of welding which he embraced with dedication and enthusiasm.
Sports brought immense joy to Chad's life, and he was a devoted fan of soccer and baseball. Whether on the field himself or watching his favorite teams, his love for these games was always evident. In quieter moments, Chad was a passionate chess player and enjoyed friendly competition and online gaming. Beyond these pursuits, Chad had a sentimental side collecting memorabilia that held special meaning to him. He also found joy and relaxation swimming and was a fan of a wide variety of music genres.
To commemorate Chad's life, a ceremony will take place on August 17th from 2 pm to 4 pm at the West Cobb Funeral Home, located at 2480 Macland Rd SW, Marietta, GA 30064.
