Caryl Docherty

Caryl Docherty, age 64, of Powder Springs, Georgia passed away Friday, December 17, 2021. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at Christ Lutheran Church in Marietta with Pastor Karen Boda officiating. Interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta, Georgia. The family will receive friends from 10am until 11am prior to the service at the church.

A native of Maple Heights, Ohio, Caryl moved to Powder Springs, GA over 30 years ago. She worked with Town and Country West Veterinary Clinic as a technician and Boarding and Kennel Manager for many years. Caryl's devotion, compassion, and care of animals was beyond measure. She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael J. Docherty, in 2009.

Survivors include: 9 Siblings, Michael (Cindy) Bucell, Cathy Liviskie, Barb Benjdi, Dan Bucell, Greg (Jennifer) Bucell, Beverly Bodziony, Jeff (Linda) Bucell, Mary Beth (Chris) Walden, and Christopher Bucell; Mother-in-Law and her husband, Margaret Docherty Cusick and Jerry Cusick; Brother-in-Laws, Jim (Anne) Docherty, John (Lorrie) Docherty, and Bryan (Joanne) Docherty; Dear Friends, Kendra Kendall and Dr. Jan Egins, DVM, and many Nieces and Nephews.
