Carolyn Elaine Miller

Words fall short when describing angels. Carolyn Elaine Miller, age 62, was born November 5th, 1959 in Bessemer, AL. She passed away March 19th, 2022 in North Bergen, NJ. Her family moved to Lynn, MA when she was 10 years old where she went on to graduate from Lynn Classical high school. She then attended Brandeis University in Waltham and Northeastern University in Boston, MA before enlisting in the army where she met and married Eric Jerome Miller Sr.

Carolyn worked for Parker Brothers and then for the home healthcare industry for several years before she moved to Dallas, GA in 2001. She relocated to North Bergen, NJ in 2011.

Carolyn was very humorous, loving, and caring. She loved fashion, jewelry, and music (especially Tupac.) Her favorite football teams were the Green Bay Packers and San Francisco 49ers. She was a wonderful mother and touched many lives with her generosity.

Carolyn is survived by her two children, Sha’Prince Allah (Raquel) and Olivia Miller-Cruz; Grandchildren Marquise Jerome Miller Jr, Nasir Justice Allah, and Amir Khemel Luis Allah; Mother Maxine Williams; Siblings James Williams Jr, Wendell Williams (Corinia), Gary Williams (Mercedes), Carl Posey (Elaine), Portia Boyd, Gaynette Williams, Wanda Posey, and Jackie Lee Posey (Derrell)

She was preceded in death by her father, James Williams Sr; Siblings Patricia Ann Randolph, Juliette Benalfew, Carol Posey, and Tyrone Williams.

She will be cherished in memory by a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
