Carolyn S. Deal, age 84, of Okatie, SC (formerly of Cobb County) passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2018. The family will receive friends and celebrate her life on Sunday, March 4th from 2pm until 5pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta.
Born in Columbus, GA, Mrs. Deal lived in Smyrna and Powder Springs for many years before moving to Okatie, SC. She worked as a bookkeeper for several businesses before retirement. She also loved bowling and previously worked at Dupree’s on the Marietta Square.
Survivors:
Daughter: Kathy D. Foster, Okatie, SC.
3 Grandchildren: Kira Sheriff, Morgan Foster and Mitchell Weyers
5 Great Grandchildren: Shannen, Logan, Lexie, Lilly and Bowie
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society at www.lls.org/donate .
