Carlotta May Trevillion
August 12, 1926 — February 18, 2014
Carlotta May Featherston Trevillion, age 87, of Woodstock, GA passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2014. Funeral Services will be held at 2pm on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory with Pastor Matt Rexrode officiating. Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Park in Atlanta.
A native of Mississippi, Mrs. Trevillion moved to Georgia in 1952. She was a member of many organizations, including the Powers Ferry Road Garden Club, the Lockheed Ceramic Club, and the Funseekers RV Club. She also enjoyed traveling, ceramics, and the neighborhood bridge club and dinner parties. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie “Gene” Trevillion in 2008.
Survivors include:
2 Children: Cindy Trevillion, Woodstock, GA
Rodney (Lynda) Trevillion, San Antonio, TX
Brother: John S. (Nora) Featherston, Sr., Spartanburg, SC
3 Grandchildren: Temple-May Trevillion, Rachael Lynn Trevillion Silva and Zach Trevillion
2 Great Grandchildren: Aaron Fowler, Jr. and Ellie Silva, and many nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made to the Georgia Alzheimer’s Association.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 12pm until 2pm at the funeral home.
