Cari Anna Loggins

August 29, 1985 — October 14, 2012

Cari Anna Loggins, age 27, of Kennesaw, GA passed away on Sunday, October 14, 2012. Funeral Services will be held at 3pm on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at Oak View Baptist Church Cemetery in Hayesville, NC.

Cari was born August 29th, 1985, in Gainesville, GA. She spent her early life in Habersham County and moved to Cartersville in the Spring of 1999. From there, she joined the United States Airforce as a Korean Cryptologic Linguist after graduating from Cartersville High School in 2003. Her four years of service included an isolated tour in South Korea, where she immersed herself in the culture and truly felt at home. She was honorably discharged from the United States Airforce in 2007 and began persuing her degree in International Relations from Kennesaw State University in 2009. She made the Dean's List and was set to graduate in December 2012 with honors. Throughout her short life, Cari worked diligently to perfect her artistic skills. Her artwork, poetry, singing, and guitar-playing were always filled with every ounce of her heart and her soul and will live on with us and help fill the enormous void we have in our hearts without Cari. A native of Habersham County, Cari moved to Cartersville in 1997, then on to Kennesaw where she currently resided. She was a veteran of the United States Air Force, and was working on her Bachelor’s Degree from Kennesaw State University.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Olivia Dailey.
