C.W. Story Jr.

C.W. Story, age 82, of Dallas, Georgia passed away Sunday, November 27, 2022. Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 pm on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta. Interment will follow at 10am on Friday, December 2nd at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia.

Born in Roopville, GA, Mr. Story lived in Marietta for most of his life before moving to Dallas, GA. He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served 2 years. He worked as a Computer Programmer, retiring from Coats & Clark Textiles. He attended Sanctuary Church, and loved spending time with his wife and his family. He was preceded in death by his wife in January of 2022, Glennis Story.

Survivors include: 2 Children, Greg (Janet) Story, Dallas, GA, and Valerie (Jay) NeeSmith, Marietta, GA; Sister, Lela Mae Bush, Villa Rica, GA: 5 Grandchildren, Ashley (Jacob) Santinelli, Cumming, GA, Michael Brown, Dallas, GA, Jessica (Bryce) Steele, Franklin, VA, Jacob NeeSmith, Marietta, GA, and Kayla NeeSmith, Marietta, GA; 4 Great Grandchildren, Addison Crouch and Cooper Crouch, both of Cumming, GA, and Adalynn Nantz, Franklin, VA, and Caetana Wiley Steele, Franklin, VA.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 1, 2022 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory.
