Brendan was born February 8th, 1994 at Arnold Palmer Hospital in Orlando, Florida. From the day he was born, he was a fighter. He continued his fight throughout his life. He loved sports of all kinds but particularly he loved the University of Georgia football and University of Kentucky basketball.
His first UGA football game was the fall of 1994 practically before he could walk. The matchup that day was against UK; a foreshadow of things to come.
He excelled at baseball and started playing at age 4. When he entered Allatoona High School he switched sports and was the starting goalie in lacrosse.
He graduated with a Marketing degree from the University of Kentucky in 2016 and was an active member of the Kappa Sigma fraternity.
He is survived by his parents, Jim and Lori, and his brother Mason; grandparents Ron and Linda Castor; Reverend Leland and Vonda Lockhart as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
His family loves him very much and he was and will always be our hero.
In lieu of flowers, Brendan would be honored if you would consider a gift in his memory to support Dr. John Gearhart and his incredible team at the Brady Urological Institute at Johns Hopkins as they work tirelessly to help children from around the world.
