Bonnie Louise Skinner

Bonnie Louise Skinner, age 60, of Powder Springs passed away Sunday, August 28, 2016. A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 2, 2016 in the Chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory with Chaplain Lemora Dobbs officiating. A reception will follow immediately after the service. Bonnie was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She was always the life of the party. She was always laughing and joking, had a great sense of humor and was smiling, no matter what! Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, Wendell and Betty Ann Phillips and her brother, Wayne Phillips.
